I have a Pharm D. and was a pharmacist prior to going into real estate. I apply the same principles I did as a pharmacist to real estate. It's crucial to be detailed; for missing a single box on a contract could be the difference in getting the house a buyer has bid on or making the offer invalid allowing another buyer to get the home. In this very competitive real estate market there is no room for errors. I'm methodical through out the entire process making sure everyone is keeping up to the terms of the contract.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in advertising design and have over 25 years of marketing experience. I have very high standards when it comes to marketing our sellers properties. This includes professionally written descriptions and only quality photography. I also have a remodeling background, have been remodeling homes since the 90s. I'm responsible for the design choices and doing a large portion of the work myself.
